Online meetings certainly make working life easier. But let's be honest: after 30 minutes, the air somehow goes out of the meeting and it becomes more difficult to concentrate on what's important.
XR meetings are a useful and varied alternative. Here is an example of a virtual project meeting from EXARON: The entire team met in a virtual space to not only discuss the current status, but also to experience the specific project content - in this case a simulation of a warehouse - in 3D.
> An XR meeting makes sense because complex processes can be presented and discussed in an understandable way.
> It is varied because this type of meeting is, above all, NOT one thing: run-of-the-mill.
And don’t worry: the extra effort compared to a normal team meeting is quite limited with “putting on the VR glasses” and “switching on the VR glasses”.
