Meta Quest 3, Apple Vision Pro, Lenovo ThinkReality VRX – in the last few days, news from the "immersive world" has been pouring in. But what good are the best tools if only a few people know what possibilities they offer? For example: A study by the trade association from last year shows that awareness of the topic is still very low in Austria (48% have never heard of it). The good news: Generation Z is much more familiar with virtual reality than any other age group.

One of EXARON's most important tasks is therefore to demonstrate the opportunities and potential that arise from the use of Extended Reality (XR) technologies through practical use cases and personal experiences. Terms such as metaverse or spatial computing are of secondary importance to us; at EXARON, the focus is on everyday use (or to put it another way: EXARON = XR in action). We focus on a specific area of application: in industry. XR is a key technology in the twin transition, because hardly anywhere else are the advantages of the fusion of digitalization and sustainability as visible (and tangible) as here.
