Without him, EXARON would not exist: Thomas. He is not only our CEO, he is also the person who gave the initial impetus to found the company. Thomas went to the HTBLA Kaindorf (automation technology) and then started his career at M&R Automation, now PIA Automation Austria. At the special machine manufacturer and automation specialist, he gained around 11 years of experience in a wide variety of areas such as design, project management, technical sales and standardization. Most recently, he was - together with Patrick - "Head of Innovation & Visualization": In this role, he built up a team that worked on 3D layouts, simulations and VR/AR applications. And companies such as the major OEMs and global Tier 1 suppliers benefited from this.
Thomas' extensive knowledge of simulation platforms and XR technologies is only topped by his insatiable curiosity about the new developments in these areas. In order to be able to live out this passion for 100%, he took the step into self-employment at the beginning of 2023 - just like Aristotle said: "We cannot change the wind, but we can set the sails differently."
